Resumen
Es este escrito abordaremos como ha sido el rol de la mujer durante la historia,
asumiendo todo su proceso evolutivo, momentos de la historia que aportaron a las
conquistas sociales encaminadas hacia la paridad de derechos entre hombre y
mujeres, la influencia de los contextos económicos y culturales en las conquistas de
los derechos de las mujeres, enfatizando en que dichas conquistas se han dado de
formas prematuras en algunos lugares del mundo y en otros de forma tardía o aún
no se han dado; por último hacer el balance entre las ventajas que tiene la sociedad
con paridad de derechos entre hombre y mujer y aquella carente de la cultura de la
igualdad, que nos falta para llegar a una igualdad de derechos entre hombres y
mujeres en el contexto global, Latinoamericano y con énfasis en Colombia, donde
haremos un análisis sistémico del contexto jurídico que aborda la temática.
Dentro de los grupos históricamente violentados encontramos a las mujeres, pero
dentro del desarrollo de las sociedades se evidencia una evolución conceptual que
va más allá de interpretar al ser humano desde dos sexos, sino, que ahora no nos
quedamos tan solo en el sexo biológico y observamos la necesidad de interpretar el
sexo desde una condición natural en mella con unos componentes culturales, lo que
llamamos hoy, Ideología De Género, sobre la cual profundizaremos más adelante
teniendo en cuenta que también son un grupo social y que a la hora de hablar de
los derechos de las mujeres no tan solo debemos computar aquellas que se
determinaron así por la naturaleza, ahora hay que considerar a aquellas que se
conciben como como mujeres por decisión propia, creando un reto para el Estado
consistente en garantizar los derechos de todos los ciudadanos y no vulnerar los de
otros e incluso las misma leyes por omisión de derechos fundamentales como la
igualdad.
The political rights today conquered by the historically violated groups are supported by the antecedents of 3 economic, labor and cultural aspects, which have been forging the educational parity and the advances to the material parity that we know to date. Therefore, within the main antecedents, it is necessary for us to point out the feminist struggles or revolutions that were gestating social awareness and adherents of an ideology of equal rights before the law. Undoubtedly, there were many historical events that were presented as antecedents to the social triumphs that we know today, but all this is gaining momentum in feminism as a movement, which was born as a need to vindicate women with all the rights that during the then political, social and economic system Patriarchy had been denied, thus giving birth to First Wave Feminism, which according to (Lage & Marquez, 2016) “This first feminism emerged from the bowels of the liberal revolutions will fight, in general terms, for women's access to citizenship: the right to political participation and the right to access education that, until then, had been reserved for men, structure the discourse of the nascent liberal feminism. " Placing ourselves on the time line in the middle of the 18th century and which we can define as a humanist feminism whose objectives were to vindicate women within the social fabric by giving them political participation within a democratic government system that due to its ductile nature tending to the Likewise, it was changing and generating in that evolution other struggles were emerging that were called at the time as the waves.
