Resumen
El Presente proyecto de “Diseño y construcción de la infraestructura física de ambientes de formación en el Centro Acuícola y Agroindustrial de Gaira”, se realiza con el propósito de cumplir con la norma sismo resistente colombiana, construir la infraestructura física de ambientes de formación del Centro y además mantener la edificación y mejorar la Infraestructura del Centro.
Se llevará siguiendo a cabo la guía del PMBOK, teniendo en cuenta que esta proporciona detalles sobre conceptos clave, tendencias emergentes, consideraciones para adaptar los procesos de la dirección de proyectos e información sobre cómo aplicar herramientas y técnicas a los proyectos.
El proyecto consiste en el diseño y construcción de la infraestructura física de ambientes de formación en el Centro Acuícola y Agroindustrial de Gaira – SENA ubicado en el Magdalena, el proyecto estará dividido por cinco fases:
• Fase de estudio
• Fase de diseño y adquisiciones
• Fase preliminar
• Fase de construcción
• Fase de verificación
Se debe tener en cuenta un presupuesto inicial, las fechas establecidas en el cronograma de las diferentes actividades a lo largo del proyecto, los entregables del proyecto y en siempre se buscará la optimización de recursos humanos, materiales y costos.
Además, como una estrategia del Gobierno Nacional para la formación de calidad de los aprendices y mejorar el nivel de ingresos de los trabajadores colombianos, el SENA moderniza esta infraestructura y los ambientes de formación, creando esto un impacto positivo entre la población.
The present project of "Design and construction of the physical infrastructure of training environments in the Aquaculture and Agroindustrial Center of Gaira", is carried out with the purpose of complying with the Colombian earthquake resistant standard, building the physical infrastructure of training environments of the Center and also maintain the building and improve the infrastructure of the Center. The PMBOK guide will be followed, keeping in mind that it provides details on key concepts, emerging trends, considerations for tailoring project management processes, and information on how to apply tools and techniques to projects. The project consists of the design and construction of the physical infrastructure of training environments in the Aquaculture and Agroindustrial Center of Gaira - SENA located in Magdalena, the project will be divided into five phases: • Study phase • Design and procurement phase • Preliminary phase • Construction phase • Verification phase An initial budget must be considered, the dates established in the schedule of the different activities throughout the project, the project deliverables, and the optimization of human resources, materials and costs will always be sought. In addition, as a National Government strategy for quality training of apprentices and improving the income level of Colombian workers, SENA modernizes this infrastructure and training environments, creating a positive impact among the population.
