Resumen
La definición del impacto del aborto reconocido como la interrupción voluntaria del embrazo, solo es posible pendiente la apropiación y construcción conceptual aplicada desde un análisis sociocrítico y cualitativo, que permita definir las teorías y prácticas que surgen durante el entendimiento y apropiación de la problemática como un agente interno del ámbito social. En primera medida es de vital importancia entender que el reconocimiento de esta problemática cuenta con un soporte jurídico dado en la Ley 599 de 2000 y que su aplicación y seguimiento es dado en casos específicos de carácter nacional, donde la implementación del contexto jurisprudencial delimita el proceso de apropiación y esclarece procedimientos básicos para su implementación.
Ahora bien, la construcción del análisis situacional y del diagnóstico referente al nivel y tipo de aplicabilidad del aborto, es soportado en gran medida en las guías y protocolos establecidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, que garantizan el cumplimiento, evidencia las limitaciones y esclarece el alcance del mismo. El análisis es reforzado mediante la búsqueda y apropiación de diversas fuentes de investigación de carácter gubernamental, educativo y social que permiten la identificación del marco conceptual y teórico, orientado a reforzar el análisis sobre el impacto y el alcance de esta problemática, soportada en las concepciones fenomenológicas que permiten la identificación de la realidad y de la necesidad dentro de la sociedad para la construcción de actores sociales y empoderados, reconocidos desde el accionar jurídico.

The definition of the impact of abortion recognized as the voluntary interruption of the embrace, is only possible the appropriation and conceptual construction applied from a socio- critical and qualitative analysis, which allows defining the theories and practices that arise during the understanding and appropriation of the problem as an agent internal of the social field. Firstly, it is vitally important to understand the recognition of this problem, it has legal support given in Law 599 of 2000 and its application and monitoring is given in specific cases of a national nature, where the implementation of the jurisprudential context delimits the appropriation process and slavery basic procedures for its implementation. Now, the construction of the situational analysis and diagnosis regarding the level and type of applicability of abortion is largely supported in the guidelines and protocols established by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, which controls compliance, evidences the limitations and clarifies the scope of it. The analysis is reinforced by the search and appropriation of various sources of governmental, educational and social research that allows the identification of the conceptual and theoretical framework, oriented and controlled the analysis on the impact and scope of this problem, supported in the conceptions phenomenological that allow the identification of reality and the need within society for the construction of social and empowered actors, recognized from legal action.
