Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación ha entrado en una búsqueda de fomentar la importancia que representa la ejecución mediante la ejecución de una excelente facturación para ofrecer y garantizarle el Derecho a la Salud al usuario para el crecimiento y el Desarrollo del Hospital General Barranquilla, y en la salud Distrital tenga un software o un buen sistema que incorporé excelente resultados y las capacitaciones y los seminarios al personal administrativo en el área de facturación del hospital general de Barranquilla, el personal capacitado debe de tener claro lo importante que es la facturación en todas las instituciones hospitalaria que sea un modelo organizacional y así fortalecer la parte administrativa, que no permita tener errores y maneje un servicio de calidad, se implementaron estrategias administrativas como la capacitación al personal administrativo del hospital tener en cuenta en la parte de la salud las capacitaciones para el área de facturación y se tomaron como modelos varios hospitales del país para así fortalecer las fallas en la parte de facturación del Hospital Barranquilla, el fin de esta investigación es llevar a un modelo organizacional adecuado y formar una estructura sólida en el sector de la salud a nivel Distrital, para mantener un buen servicios de calidad, como resultado de las encuesta el personal del Hospital arroja que es necesario fortalecer el personal, no solo del área de facturación si no toda la parte administrativa del hospital que tengan la capacidad de gestionar en el área de facturación, a pesar de que el Hospital Barranquilla tiene un buen sistema de software y buenos computadores redes, web, a todos los usuarios para eso es necesario fijar la atención en proceso tan importantes con fundamento descriptivo incluyendo calidad de servicios, manejo de manuales, tarifas y guías integrales; gestión de cartera, indicadores de gestión, centro de costos, auditoría de cuentas médicas, RIPS y sistema de información y software de facturación brindar herramientas que ofrezcan los correctivos pertinentes en organización administrativa en el servicio de facturación.
