Resumen
El presente artículo, consiste en un estudio de compilación y análisis sobre los acontecimientos jurídicos que han emergido en el contexto histórico del Derecho administrativo, lo cual permite entender su evolución, así como los retos que en una sociedad cambiante han producido las diferentes reformas administrativas en Colombia, con la finalidad de dar alcance y observancia a los requerimientos que desde el Estado se suscitan en el cumplimiento de sus funciones garantistas de los derechos contemplados en la Constitución de 1991 y que se fortalecen a través de la importante normatividad existente, que evidencia la actual sistematización gubernamental.
This article consists of a compilation study and analysis of the legal events that have emerged in the historical context of administrative law, which allows us to understand its evolution, as well as the challenges that in a changing society have produced the different administrative reforms in Colombia, with the purpose of giving scope and observance to the requirements that the State arises in the fulfillment of its functions guaranteeing the rights contemplated in 4 the 1991 Constitution and that are strengthened through the important existing regulations, which evidence the current government systematization.
