Resumen
El presente artículo pretende analizar sobre la migración como fenómeno urbano sus posibles afectaciones y la visión que tiene se tiene a nivel organizacional influyendo en gran medida en la productividad y competitividad de las empresas. El artículo busca analizar la migración como impacto urbano, la influencia de los factores económicos, sociales y políticos por el cual llegan los migrantes venezolanos a Colombia en busca de refugio con la finalidad de proteger sus vidas y satisfacer las necesidades básicas que perdieron en su país de origen el cual vulnero sus Derechos. Pero, en ocasiones los inmigrantes no contribuyen al desarrollo social y urbano a la región que llega, al contrario, pueden afectar el espacio urbano. Para la realización del artículo que se abordó el estudio de tantas fuentes, como informes, artículos científicos, investigaciones. Obteniendo como conclusión la identificación de factores de riesgos con relación a la migración y el impacto urbano que esta contrajo tras el invadir los espacios públicos por falta de apoyo social de políticas públicas.
