Resumen
La investigación tuvo como objetivo, analizar los factores determinantes de la competitividad dentro de la empresa JET Ingeniería S.A.S, para ello, se identificaron aquellos elementos que determinaron la competitividad ,para establecer las estrategias que fortalecerán sus procesos productivos en aras de su competitividad, asociándolo a elementos como el liderazgo, el talento humano y las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones (TIC), metodológicamente, la investigación basada en un enfoque cualitativo, diseño la entrevista mediante la técnica de grupos focales como herramienta e instrumento para recolectar la información por la cual se profieren los resultados, en materia de liderazgo, la organización necesita seguir fortaleciendo el liderazgo participativo, en el talento humano el desarrollo del recurso es el elemento promotor de la compañía, sumado a esto, las TIC requieren actualización, desarrollo y capacitación dentro de la organización para su fortalecimiento.
Las estrategias formuladas fueron desarrolladas por la herramienta de mapa estratégico para estructurar un banco de estrategias para fortalecer la competitividad dentro de JET Ingeniería S.A.S, en cuanto al liderazgo, fueron encaminadas hacia la capacitación y sensibilización hacia optimizar los procesos de liderazgo, toma de decisiones y comunicación de información. En cuanto al Talento
Humano, las estrategias se dirigieron hacia la asignación de presupuestos para desarrollar el área, además de compensaciones y beneficios para los colaboradores, por su parte, en las TIC, estas se encaminaron hacia la apropiación tecnológica mediante la adquisición y capacitación de herramientas tecnológicas para fortalecer en lo competitivo a JET Ingeniería S.A.S.
The objective of the research was to analyze the determinants of competitiveness within the company JET Ingeniería S.A.S, for it, those elements that determined the competitiveness were identified to end up establishing the strategies that will strengthen their productive processes in the name of their competitiveness, associating it to elements like the leadership, the human talent and the technologies of the information and the communications (TIC), methodologically, the investigation based on a qualitative approach, I design the interview through the technique of focus groups as a tool and instrument to collect the information by which the results are provided, in terms of leadership, the organization needs to continue strengthening participatory leadership, in human talent resource development is the driving element of the company, in addition to this, TIC require updating, development and training within the organization for its strengthening. The strategies formulated were developed by the strategic map tool to structure a bank of strategies to strengthen competitiveness within JET Ingeniería S.A.S, in terms of leadership, were directed towards training and awareness towards optimizing leadership processes, decision making and information communication. As for the Human Talent, the strategies were directed towards the assignment of budgets to develop the area, besides compensations and benefits for the collaborators, on the other hand, in the TIC, these were directed towards the technological appropriation by means of the acquisition and training of technological tools to strengthen JET Ingeniería S.A.S. in what is competitive.
