Resumen
La elaboración del presente artículo, tenía como fin Explicar el Desarrollo Dogmático de la Protección Animal, esto, conforme a la necesidad que se tenía al momento de proteger a los animales, pues se consideraba que estos también deberían ser seres sujetos de derechos, por lo tanto, se consideró importante realizar una investigación profunda, en la cual se examinará la normatividad existente en Colombia, por medio de la cual, se determinará si lo que se establece dentro de la misma, da cumplimiento a la protección de los animales de los ataques producidos por el hombre, por ello, se tomaron antecedentes tanto nacionales como internacionales, los cuales tratan temas que son de gran utilidad al momento de referirse a la salvaguardia animal. Dentro de la temática tratada, se establecieron como objetivos específicos: describir el progreso que ha tenido el perfeccionamiento de la salvaguarda animal en Colombia; reconocer la normatividad que brinda seguridad a los animales, como seres sujetos de amparo; y examinar el estudio jurisprudencial que se le ha tenido a los animales, en cuanto a ser considerados sujetos de protección. Esta investigación será encuadrada dentro del enfoque cualitativo, basándose principalmente en el método histórico hermenéutico jurídico el cual principalmente se encarga de la interpretación y análisis de documentos; los resultados conseguidos en la presente investigación fueron los que llevaron a demostrar que tan efectivo ha sido el desarrollo fundamentado de la defensa animal en Colombia, ya que, actualmente la normatividad existente con respecto al tema tratado ha tenido grandes avances jurídicos.
The elaboration of this article, was intended to explain the dogmatic development of Animal protection, this, according to the need to be had when protecting animals, because it was considered that these should also be beings subject to rights, Therefore, it was considered important to carry out a thorough investigation, in which it will examine the existing regulations in Colombia, by means of which, it will be determined if what is established within the same, gives fulfillment to the Protection of animals from man-made attacks, for this reason, both national and international antecedents were taken, which deal with issues that are very useful when referring to animal safeguards. Within the subject matter addressed, they were established as specific objectives: to describe the progress that the improvement of animal protection in Colombia has had; to recognize the norms that provide safety to animals, as beings subject to Amparo and examine the case study that has been given to animals, in terms of being considered subjects of protection. This research will be framed within the qualitative approach, based mainly on the historical hermeneutic juridical method which mainly takes care of the interpretation and analysis of documents; The results obtained in this research were those that led to demonstrate how effective was the development of Animal Defense in Colombia, since, currently existing regulations regarding the subject has had great legal advances.
