Resumen
Lo que se procuraba al perpetrar el actual artículo, era explicar el desarrollo dogmático de la protección ambiental, por ello, se identificaron antecedentes tanto nacionales como internacionales, ya que, el contenido de la protección del medio ambiente, se encuentra a cargo del ser humano, viéndose esto manifestado en la diligencia de la normatividad que reglamenta la protección ambiental, es decir, cuidándolo y preservándolo como lo estipula la ley, y así mismo, por parte de sus gobernantes se ve fulgurado en la manera en la cual estos implementan políticas y normas concernientes a la defensa del entorno natural; al mismo tiempo, se tendrán en cuenta como objetivos específicos los siguientes: examinar de manera contundente la normatividad instituida que contiene la defensa del entorno natural, al mismo tiempo, determinar cuáles han sido los adelantos que se lograron en lo referente a la protección ambiental dentro del país y por último se establecerá que fue lo que incursionó el desarrollo dogmático de la protección ambiental. En cuanto al procedimiento de la indagación es el cualitativo, por tanto se fundamenta en el método histórico cualitativo hermenéutico jurídico, el cual a grandes rasgos consiste en realizar un análisis de los documentos encontrados con referencia a la protección ambiental en Colombia y en otros países, por ese motivo, corresponde considerar que para haber llegado hasta este punto de la investigación se correspondió a considerar que la preservación del medio ambiente es transcendental e importante hacia el resguardo de la existencia de todos los individuos
