Resumen
En el presente artículo se propone reconocer y explorar las rutas de atención y estrategias de prevención tendientes a materializar la mitigación de conductas punibles como lo es el feminicidio en la ciudad de San José de Cúcuta Colombia, partiendo de la conceptualización de este delito, como según lo establece y tipifica el código penal colombiano en su conglomerado normativo, Aquel que trasgreda el derecho fundamental de la vida a una mujer con fundamento en su calidad de pertenecer al género femenino, será sancionado y cobijado por la ley penal. Lo cual, a partir de la creación de esta conducta punible en el ordenamiento jurídico, resulta factible medir a través de índices, la incurrencia en este delito y los mecanismos desarrollados por las instituciones estatales para su prevención y mitigación. Por ende, esta investigación se desarrollará bajo un enfoque cualitativo, con un método hermenéutico que le permita comprender la información y datos obtenidos a través de la investigación del fenómeno.
In this article we propose to recognize and explore care routes and prevention strategies aimed at materializing the mitigation of punishable behaviors such as femicide in the city of San José de Cúcuta Colombia, starting from the conceptualization of this crime, as per it establishes and typifies the Colombian criminal code in its normative conglomerate. The one that transgresses the fundamental right of life to a woman based on the quality of belonging to the female gender, will be sanctioned and sheltered by criminal law. Which, from the creation of this behavior punishable in the legal system, it is feasible to measure through indices, the incurrence in this crime and the mechanisms developed by the state institutions for their prevention and mitigation. Therefore, this research will be developed under a qualitative approach, with a hermeneutical method that allows you to understand the information and data obtained through the investigation of the phenomenon.
