Resumen
Durante la historia de la humanidad, las personas se han interesado por el bienestar y comodidad para sobrevivir en un ambiente saludable donde se pueda respirar aire puro libre de toda contaminación y con la tranquilidad de desplazarse hacia cualquier destino del mundo entero sin ningún peligro natural. Es por estas razones y sin dejar a un lado las diferentes guerras velicas donde se han utilizado gran cantidad de armas y material químico para lograr vencer o destruir al enemigo o contrincante, varios de estos Estados los cuales han participado de estas grandes batallas no pensaron en las consecuencias y cambios climáticos que estas producirían o incluso produjeron al medio ambiente.
Así las cosas se plantea como objetivo principal el bienestar de la especie humana y el cuidado del medio ambiente; motivo por el cual han surgido grandes pensadores y organizaciones dedicadas al diseño y adecuación de leyes, protocolos, y convenciones los cuales permiten generar conciencia en los individuos y así de este modo poner fin a la problemática donde el principal afectado es el habitad donde vive el hombre “medio ambiente”.
Por estas razones se plantea una metodología de investigación cualitativa, donde se dan a conocer a través del artículo de investigación, los hechos históricamente relevantes sobre los cuales se ha estructurado la conservación del medio ambiente, teniendo en cuenta que son el soporte jurídico que muchas organizaciones a nivel universal, pueden emplear para lograr la sana convivencia entre el hombre y la naturaleza
During the history of humanity, people have been interested in the well-being and comfort to survive in a healthy environment where you can breathe pure air free of all pollution and with the tranquility of traveling to any destination in the world without any natural danger. It is for these reasons and without leaving aside the different velic wars where a great amount of weapons and chemical material have been used to overcome or destroy the enemy or opponent, several of these States which have participated in these great battles did not think of the consequences and climatic changes that these would produce or even produced to the environment. Thus, the main objective is the welfare of the human species and the care of the environment; This is the reason why great thinkers and organizations dedicated to the design and adaptation of laws, protocols, and conventions have emerged, which allow generating awareness in individuals and thus ending the problem where the main affected is the habitat where the man "environment". For these reasons, a qualitative research methodology is proposed, where the historically relevant facts on which the conservation of the environment has been structured are made known through the research article, bearing in mind that they are the legal support that many organizations at a universal level, they can be used to achieve a healthy coexistence between man and nature
