Resumen
La migración es un proceso legal que se ha desarrollado durante muchos años en la historia de la sociedad en general, sin embargo, actualmente se han identificado situaciones realmente preocupantes en relación a la forma y manera en cómo se ejecuta, identificando que este en algunas ocasiones se desarrolla de forma ilegal. El objetivo que se establece en el presente artículo corresponde a la recopilación de hechos que se han presentado a lo largo de los años en relación al fenómeno migratorio que se presenta. La metodología utilizada en la investigación corresponde al enfoque cualitativo y método descriptivo en donde se logra identificar las situaciones que han incidido en el desarrollo de este fenómeno. Se hizo énfasis en ciertos escenarios migratorios, argumentando que se han desarrollado procesos en muchos lados del mundo, entre los resultados evidenciados se puede constatar que esta situación siempre se ha se presentado y va a seguir presentándose sin tener presente las consecuencias que se generan, añadiendo que aunque las instituciones del Estado implementen estrategias hacia este proceso se siguen presentando dificultades y obstáculos

The methodology used in the research corresponds to the qualitative approach and descriptive method where it is possible to identify the situations that have influenced the development of this phenomenon. Emphasis was placed on certain migration scenarios, arguing that processes have been developed in many parts of the world, among the evidenced results it can be seen that this situation has always been presented and will continue to be presented without taking into account the consequences that are generated, adding that although the State institutions implement strategies towards this process, difficulties and obstacles continue to be presented
