Resumen
El presente artículo tiene como propósito estudiar un tema tan relevante para nuestra sociedad como lo es la Maternidad Subrogada, lo que significa y los prejuicios que trae consigo; abordando su trascendencia en la historia, como también las diferentes reacciones sociales que se han generado en los distintos países del mundo, cuyas culturas, costumbres y arraigos muchas veces están ligadas a un rechazo rotundo de esta práctica; mientras que en otras sociedades es vista como el innovador método practico que resuelve de cierta forma un problema afrontado por muchos hogares que esperan la llegada de hijos. De esta forma se relacionará también con la objeción de conciencia; tema con el que la maternidad subrogada se ha tenido que enfrentar por ser un asunto que involucra de alguna manera la opinión de las personas que conforman una población, por ser este el máximo exponente que determine si en un país se podrá aprobar o no legítimamente la maternidad subrogada. Principalmente se ahondará el impacto social provocado por este asunto de alquiler de vientre en Colombia, que aunque se trata de un país democrático, igualitario y libre, ha encarado una realidad social de oposición de la maternidad subrogada por estimarse como la inapropiado técnica que las parejas usan para ser padres, que compromete otros aspectos tales como la explotación femenina, la vulneración de derechos de los niños y de la mujer; aspectos innecesarios por considerar que existen otras formas más idóneas, como la adopción para resolver este problema. Finalmente se estudiaran algunas opiniones de estudiantes obtenidas por la ejecución de entrevistas, esto para analizar los puntos de vista que la sociedad colombiana tiene respecto al vientre el alquiler o maternidad subrogada
The purpose of this article is to study a topic as relevant to our society as Surrogate Motherhood is, what it means and the prejudices that it brings; addressing its transcendence in history, as well as the different social reactions that have been generated in the different countries of the world, whose cultures, customs and roots are often linked to a resounding rejection of this practice; while in other societies it is seen as the innovative practical method that solves in a certain way a problem faced by many households that await the arrival of children. In this way, it will also be related to conscientious objection; issue with which surrogacy has had to face for being an issue that in some way involves the opinion of the people who make up a population, as this is the maximum exponent that determines whether a country can be approved or not legitimately Surrogate motherhood. Mainly will be deepened the social impact caused by this issue of belly rent in Colombia, which although it is a democratic, egalitarian and free, has faced a social reality of opposition to surrogacy motherhood as it is considered the inappropriate technique that couples they use to be parents, which compromises other aspects such as the exploitation of women, the violation of the rights of children and women; unnecessary aspects to consider that there are other more suitable ways, such as adoption to solve this problem. Finally, some opinions of students obtained by the execution of interviews will be studied, this to analyze the points of view that Colombian society has regarding the surrogacy or surrogate motherhood
