Resumen
El fenómeno migratorio abarca todo el territorio colombiano, pero en la presente investigación, se tuvieron en cuenta las instituciones que se tienen jurisdicción en los municipios de Cúcuta y Villa del Rosario, que en la actualidad están manejando el fenómeno migratorio, entre ellas las Alcaldías del área metropolitana, instituciones encargadas de administrar salud tales como la Cruz Roja Colombiana del ámbito nacional, el Instituto Departamental de Salud (I.D.S.), el Hospital Jorge Cristo Sahium y los entes de colaboración vinculados como La Diócesis de Cúcuta, y organizaciones internacionales que desarrollan programas al respecto.
En este artículo se ausculto en las entidades citadas anteriormente, teniendo en cuenta los procesos alcanzados en la presente vigencia, para mitigar el fenómeno migratorio, refiriéndose al como lo están manejando y los aportes que impactan considerablemente a la problemática, como inseguridad, registro de venezolanos, salud publica entre otros, y como se requiere de manera urgente ayuda del Gobierno Nacional, toda vez que se concluyó que Colombia nunca estuvo preparada para el tema y a la fecha a pesar de los avances aun no le falta por aportar y preparase
The migratory phenomenon covers all of our Colombian territory, but in the present investigation, we will take into account the institutions present in the City of Cúcuta and Villa del Rosario, which are currently managing the migratory phenomenon, including the Mayoralties of the metropolitan area, institutions responsible for managing health such as the Departmental Institute of Health (IDS), the Colombian Red Cross, the Jorge Cristo Sahium Hospital and the related collaboration entities such as La Diocese of Cúcuta, and international organizations that develop programs in this regard. In this article, we listened to the aforementioned entities, taking into account the processes achieved in the current validity, to mitigate the migratory phenomenon, referring to how they are managing it and the contributions that have a significant impact on the problem, such as insecurity, registration of Venezuelans, public health among others, and as it is urgently needed help from the National Government, since it was concluded that Colombia was never prepared for the issue and to date, despite the advances it still does not lack to contribute and prepare
