Resumen
La presente investigación se desarrolló a través de un análisis documental, mediante el cual se buscó conocer la efectividad que ha tenido la política de sustitución de cultivos ilícitos en relación al aspecto jurídico, económico y ambiental, para establecer como ha sido la efectividad en la zona ubicada en la vereda Caño Indio en el municipio de Tibú, departamento Norte de Santander durante el periodo 2017 y 2018 teniendo en cuenta el marco de los acuerdos de paz firmados por el gobierno de Colombia y el secretariado de las FARC-EP el 26 de Septiembre de 2016.
This research was developed through a documentary analysis, which sought to know the effectiveness of the policy of substitution of illicit crops in relation to the legal, economic and environmental, to establish how effective has been in the area located in the village of Caño Indio in the municipality of Tibú, Norte de Santander department during the period 2017 and 2018, taking into account the framework of the peace agreements signed by the government of Colombia and the secretariat of the FARC-EP on September 26 of 2016
