Resumen
La investigación desarrollada en el presente documento consiste en una temática que durante mucho tiempo ha recibido estudios y análisis sobre la forma en cómo se desarrolla junto a las estrategias que se han implementado desde el ámbito institucional para proteger a la población víctima. Este tipo de escenario corresponde a la violencia de género, definida por ser el actuar violento que desarrollan hacia las personas, especialmente mujeres generando diferentes tipos de consecuencias, especialmente en el ámbito psicológico mediante una serie de argumentaciones y justificaciones que son incomprensibles y que necesitan la aplicación de estrategias adecuadas para minimizar esta situación. El objetivo que se estableció en la investigación corresponde principalmente al análisis sobre los mecanismos de protección que existen en el país, esencialmente en el ordenamiento jurídico colombiano sobre la violencia de género, comprendiendo e identificando cual es la ruta de integralidad que plantean las instituciones junto con la normativa existente para ofrecer la protección debida hacia la sociedad femenina. La metodología que se empleó en la investigación corresponde a la revisión documental, especialmente a la legislativa identificando diferentes escenarios preceptos legales relacionados con esta temática. Respecto a los resultados se puede evidenciar que existe un compromiso amplio por parte de las instituciones del Estado en proteger a la mujer, sin embargo esta problemática es social en donde debe existir un compromiso y responsabilidad general sobre el respeto que se debe desarrollar hacia la mujer en búsqueda de una mejor convivencia, situación que se identifica en la ciudad de Cúcuta siendo la población delimitada en la investigación.
The research developed in this document consists of a topic that has long been studied and analyzed on how it is developed along with the strategies that have been implemented from the institutional level to protect the victim population. This type of scenario corresponds to gender violence, defined as the violent act they develop towards people, especially women, generating different types of consequences, especially in the psychological field through a series of arguments and justifications that are incomprehensible and that require the application of appropriate strategies to minimize this situation. The objective that was established in the investigation corresponds mainly to the analysis of the protection mechanisms that exist in the country, essentially in the Colombian legal system on gender violence, understanding and identifying which is the path of integrality that the institutions propose together with the existing regulations to offer the due protection to the female society. The methodology used in the investigation corresponds to the documentary review, especially the legislative one, identifying different legal precepts related to this topic. Regarding the results, it can be seen that there is a broad commitment on the part of State institutions to protect women, however this problem is social, where there must be a general commitment and responsibility on the respect that must be developed towards women. in search of a better coexistence, situation that is identified in the city of Cucuta being the population defined in the investigation.
