Resumen
Con este trabajo de investigación se pretende dar un aporte importante en el cambio de cultura y del pensar de los colombianos, en especial a los estudiantes y futuros profesionales del derecho, para esto se analizó el punto número dos de los acuerdos de paz firmados entre el grupo guerrillero de las Farc y el gobierno del expresidente Juan Manuel Santos.
La idea nace por ese gran sentido social y por ser un tema polémico que tiene al país polarizado, para lo cual se planteó como gran objetivo general: Analizar los principios de la democracia a partir de los ejercicios políticos permitidos desde el punto número 2 del acuerdo de Paz entre Farc y Gobierno, para lograr desarrollar la investigación se utilizó la metodología donde se destaca la implementación del Paradigma Interpretativo, porque permitirá comprender e interpretar la realidad de lo establecido dentro del punto número dos del acuerdo de paz sobre participación en política de los desmovilizados, e Identificar los escenarios políticos generados en Colombia a partir de la evolución de dicho acuerdo. Igualmente, con un enfoque cualitativo que permita analizar si realmente fue un acierto o por el contrario lo firmado es muy negativo para la democracia de Colombia.
Los resultados indican que es muy importante este momento histórico para el país, al cambiar al grupo armado y guerrillero de las Farc a un partido político, es un gran acierto tanto del gobierno nacional como de los países que apoyaron todos estos diálogos que transformaron la paz.
With this research work is intended to make an important contribution to the change of culture and thinking of Colombians, especially students and future professionals of law, for this point number two of the peace agreements signed between the guerrilla group of the Farc and the government of ex-president Juan Manuel Santos. The idea is born from this great social sense and because it is a polemic issue that has the country polarized, for which it was proposed as a general objective: Analyze the principles of democracy from the political exercises allowed from point number 2 of the agreement of Peace between the Farc and the Government, in order to develop the research, the methodology was used, which highlights the implementation of the Interpretive Paradigm, because it will allow understanding and interpreting the reality of what is established within point number two of the peace agreement on participation in politics of the demobilized, and Identify the political scenarios generated in Colombia based on the evolution of said agreement. Likewise, with a qualitative approach that allows us to analyze whether it was really a success or, on the contrary, what is signed is very negative for Colombia's democracy. The results indicate that this historic moment for the country is very important, by changing the armed and guerrilla group of the Farc to a political party, it is a great success of both the national government and the countries that supported all these dialogues that transformed peace
