Resumen
Hoy día el concepto de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial se está difundiendo en el
mundo de las organizaciones quizás por ser una estrategia que bien direccionada puede
lograr alcanzar indicadores altos a nivel empresarial, además de contribuir al
fortalecimiento de los procesos internos y externo de la organización. Para las PYMES
la RSE se convierte en un nuevo reto que les puede garantizar su éxito empresarial. Con
el presente artículo se realizó una revisión documental sobre RSE con el objetivo de
hacer un acercamiento del concepto y de esta manera poder entenderlo, buscando
descifrar cuales acciones están soportadas en lo conceptual o por lo contrario si su actuar
esta sobrellevado en lo empírico, además de mostrar nuevas perspectiva donde se
pueda vincular más el comportamiento del ser humano en las organizaciones y no solo
las dimensiones tradicionales como la social, la económica y ambiental con la
intencionalidad de beneficiar la intervención del comportamiento organizacional de las
pymes y de esta forma poder contribuir a su posicionamiento en el mercado laboral. Este
artículo fue orientado bajo una metodología Hermenéutica documental, por su revisión
bibliográfica en diferentes bases de datos, como libros, revistas científicas e
investigaciones actuales que se han realizado sobre el tema, todo con el objetivo de
revisar y seleccionar la información más relevante que nos ayudara a comprender el
concepto y la dinámica de la RSE.
Today the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility is spreading in the world of organizations perhaps because it is a strategy that well directed can achieve high indicators at the enterprise level, in addition to contributing to the strengthening of internal and external processes of the organization. For small and medium enterprises, Corporate Social Responsibility becomes a new challenge that can guarantee their business success. With this article, a documentary review on corporate social responsibility was carried out with the objective of making an approach to the concept and in this way being able to understand it, seeking to decipher which actions are supported in the conceptual or on the contrary if its action is overcome in the empirical, and to show new perspective where it is possible to link more the behavior of the human being in the organizations and not only the traditional dimensions such as the social, economic and environmental with the intention of benefiting the organizational behavior of the small and medium enterprises and in this way to be able to contribute to their positioning in the labor market. This article was oriented under a Hermeneutic documentary methodology, by its bibliographic review in different databases, such as books, scientific journals and current research that have been conducted on the subject, all with the aim of reviewing and selecting the most relevant information to help us understand the concept and dynamics of corporate social responsibility.
