Resumen
El ambiente laboral puede verse afectado por múltiples factores; unos de tipo material y otros de tipo humano; en relación con estos últimos, surge una problemática muy común y preocupante en la mayoría de las empresas, como lo es, el acoso laboral; esta es una expresión que ha tomado vigencia en el ámbito organizacional, debido a que afecta al recurso más valioso, como lo es el talento humano. El acoso laboral, es un fenómeno psicosocial que repercute notablemente en el bienestar de los trabajadores y en la productividad laboral. Como objetivo general se tiene la de interpretar cuáles son los pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional sobre el acoso laboral en Colombia Este artículo se justifica porque el acoso laboral es un tema muy controversial hoy en día, además común en las empresas, esta investigación pretende llegar a conocer declaraciones desde la corte constitucional sobre el tema, desde mucha perspectiva es un tema que vulnera los derechos de las personas, de manera física y psicológica, La metodología utilizada es el paradigma histórico – hermenéutico el enfoque cualitativo el tipo de investigación es descriptiva el método de investigación es el inductivo. La población y la muestra La población de esta investigación los pronunciamientos de la corte constitucional. La técnica para utilizar es el análisis de texto. La principal conclusión en cuanto a la conclusión que llego la corte constitucional puede decir que la corte en uso de sus facultades constitucionales hizo valer los derechos del vigilante el cual fue acosado en su lugar de trabajo

Workplace bullying is a psychosocial phenomenon that has a significant impact on the well-being of workers and on labor productivity. The general objective is to interpret what are the pronouncements of the Constitutional Court on workplace bullying in Colombia. This article is justified because workplace bullying is a very controversial topic today, as well as common in companies, this research aims to reach to know statements from the constitutional court on the subject, from a lot of perspective it is an issue that violates the rights of people, physically and psychologically, The methodology used is the historical paradigm - hermeneutic the qualitative approach the type of research is descriptive the method of investigation is the inductive one. The population and the sample The population of this investigation the pronouncements of the constitutional court. The technique to use is text analysis. The main conclusion regarding the conclusion reached by the constitutional court can say that the court in use of its constitutional powers asserted the rights of the watchman who was harassed in his workplace
