Resumen
El Régimen Sancionatorio Ambiental es un tema de tanta trascendencia como es la contaminación del medio ambiente, ya que hoy en día, la humanidad contemporánea se da cuenta que al desarrollarse la técnica y el progreso; también alrededor de ella, existen preocupaciones por el progresivo deterioro del ambiente. Vemos que el problema ambiental está profundamente relacionado con el vínculo que tienen los hombres con su entorno y depende también de la relación de los hombres entre sí. Así mismo se puede observar que el uso y consumo de todos los recursos naturales e industrializados que utilizamos los humanos a todo lo largo de nuestra vida, además de la infraestructura social, económica y cultural que esto implica, son factores determinantes en la emisión de contaminantes, afectación del ambiente y la salud del hombre. (Ludevid-Angalada, M. 2008). Esta investigación se reduce a analizar la problemática ambiental desde la perspectiva del Régimen Sancionatorio Ambiental (Ley 1333 de 2009), y en términos del marco jurídico a la legislación vigente. En los últimos tiempos, los científicos se han ido dotando de instrumentos de análisis, modernización y previsión muchísimo más sofisticados que les permiten ser más agudos en su veredicto.
