Resumen
Este proyecto consiste en la proyección y desarrollo de una aplicación web que permita la reserva, cancelación en tiempo real de todos los servicios que ofrece un centro médico veterinario, que es allí donde tienden distintos tipos de necesidades y estas se suplen al cliente como servicios.
Sabido que hoy en día los animales o mascotas por ejemplo de tipo domésticos han venido acaparando cada vez un espacio mayor en los hogares de la sociedad, inclusive hay hogares que los llegan a tratar como un miembro más de la familia a tal punto de llegar a humanizar una mascota.
Existen variedad de animales, pero los que podemos apreciar con más frecuencia son los domésticos y a su vez los que son destinados para el consumo que son criados en conglomerados y de este tipo podemos ver las aves (pollos, patos, codornices, gansos), los porcinos, las reses, los peces. Todos estos animales necesitan de cuidados especiales, controles por personas con las habilidades y estudios suficientes para poder velar por su buen desarrollo, control de plagas, enfermedades.
En el caso de los animales domésticos, el ritmo de vida que llevan la mayoría de sus dueños, hay momentos en que no les da el tiempo para poder llevarlos a una cita de control con el veterinario, estar pendiente por ejemplo de que, si es un perro de llevarlo para el servicio de baño, peluquería, desparasitación, corte de uñas, limpieza de orejas, vacunación. Teniendo en cuenta toda lo anterior cuando no hay el tiempo para llevar presencialmente a la mascota a cualquiera de los servicios del centro veterinario esta se podrá llegar a enfermar, verse desarreglada, olorosos o no presentables.
Observando todos estos casos, se puede apreciar que por la falta de tiempo no se pueden acceder a los servicios que prestan los Centros Veterinarios, donde los principales afectados son las distintas clases de animales, se busca dar una solución mediante una aplicación web donde los dueños de las animales (incluye todo tipo de animal que requiera algún servicio de centro veterinario) podrán, solicitar una cita con el veterinario (en esta se registrara si médico debe desplazarse a la casa de la mascota o una finca o lugar donde tengan las demás clases de animales), solicitar el servicio de envió de medicamentos a domicilio, además para los domésticos servicios de peluquería, limpieza, desparasitación, además de acceder a galería de prendas de vestir para ellos, juguetes y alimentos y suplementos dietarios para los animales. Todos los servicios se podrán ser adquiridos en tiempo real, en línea y la facilidad de pago mediante una pasarela de pago, conectada a todas las entidades bancarias.
Pensando en ellos es que se piensa en una aplicación web cuyo nombre es: “VETSOFT” para satisfacer todas estas necesidades y el bienestar de los distintos animales.

There are a variety of animals, but the ones that we can appreciate more frequently are the domestic ones and at the same time those that are destined for consumption that are raised in conglomerates and of this type we can see the birds (chickens, ducks, quails, geese), pigs, cattle, fish. All these animals need special care, control by people with sufficient skills and studies to ensure their good development, pest and disease control. In the case of domestic animals, the rhythm of life that most of their owners lead, there are moments in which they do not have time to take them to a control appointment with the veterinarian, to be aware for example, if it is a dog to take it for the service of bathing, hairdressing, deworming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, vaccination. Taking into account all of the above, when there is not enough time to take the pet to any of the veterinary center's services, the pet may become ill, look untidy, smelly or unpresentable. Observing all these cases, it can be seen that due to the lack of time they can not access the services provided by the Veterinary Centers, where the main affected are the different kinds of animals, it seeks to provide a solution through a web application where the owners of the animals (including all types of animals that require any service veterinary center) may, request an appointment with the veterinarian (in this will be registered if the doctor must go to the house of the pet or a farm or place where they have the other kinds of animals), request the service of sending medicines at home, in addition to the domestic services of hairdressing, cleaning, deworming, and access to gallery of clothing for them, toys and food and dietary supplements for animals.
