Resumen
Este proyecto investigativo tuvo como objetivo Comprender la dinámica y función familiar de los niños y niñas diagnosticados con déficit de atención e hiperactividad. Por lo anterior se abordó desde el enfoque cualitativo, con alcance descriptivo, para tal fin se diseñó una entrevista semiestructurada, aplicada a 9 niñas de una IED de Soledad- Atlántico. Los resultados evidenciaron que a nivel de la dinámica y funciones de las familias que las niñas con TDAH son muy sensibles y que esperan de sus padres el apoyo integral para mejorar su comportamiento, requieren se motivados y apoyados, por medio de palabras de afirmación que fortalezcan su autoestima en lugar de acudir a los castigos; descubrir sus talentos y estilos de aprendizaje. La mayoría manifestaron sentirse más amadas, escuchadas y respetadas por parte de sus madres.
The objective of this research project was to understand the family dynamics and function of children diagnosed with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. Therefore, it was approached from the qualitative approach, with descriptive scope, for this purpose a semi-structured interview was designed, applied to 9 girls from an IED of Soledad- Atlántico. The results showed that at the level of family dynamics and functions, girls with ADHD are very sensitive and expect from their parents comprehensive support to improve their behavior, they need to be motivated and supported, through words of affirmation that strengthen their self-esteem instead of resorting to punishments; discovering their talents and learning styles. Most of them expressed feeling more loved, listened to and respected by their mothers.
