Teniendo en cuenta nuestra técnica de recolección de datos de nuestro método investigativo cualitativo se pudo evidenciar en los resultados que uno de los factores de crisis que se ha presentado en el HUEM ha sido a consecuencia de la migración masiva y a la emergencia sanitaria del COVID-19, se han aumentado los costos los cuales han hecho que el HUEM quede en crisis desde inicios del año 2020, costos que son asumidos por el Gobierno Nacional pero no han sido cancelados, situación desfavorable, puesto que todo esto hace que la atención médica que se presta sea deficiente, causando crisis y pérdida de la calidad del servicio de atención hospitalario, debiendo ser esta prestada a cualquier persona garantizando plenamente este derecho, logrando así una buena prestación al servicio a la salud.This research project analyzes the crisis in the health system at the Erasmo Meoz University Hospital in Cúcuta (HUEM), Norte de Santander due to the mismanagement of resources by territorial entities in the last two years, thus seeking the guarantee of this right as essential as health.
