Con este fin la pregunta de investigación es la siguiente: ¿Qué factores tienen incidencia en la construcción de identidades en los jóvenes del municipio de Saravena Arauca, a partir del proceso de especialización generado en el complejo cultural? El estudio obedece a una investigación cualitativa con un paradigma histórico hermenéutico, con un diseño etnográfico y con un tipo de muestreo por criterios en el cual la población a investigar es de 9 jóvenes en edades comprendidas de 14-26 años de edad. Así mismo, se utilizaron técnicas y herramientas como la entrevista semiestructurada, para la recolección de la información a través de 3 categorías: la espacialidad, la identidad cultural y la juventud. El tema es de gran interés e importancia ya que es común para la población de Saravena encontrarse con el deterioro progresivo de las instalaciones del complejo cultural, la casa de la cultura, la concha acústica, la biblioteca y el coliseo, donde se evidencia que no hay continuidad en los procesos educativos, artísticos y deportivos por parte de las entidades gubernamentales de la región, en la actualidad, solo se puede evidenciar la infraestructura física, pero no se le da el uso adecuado para el cual fue construido, situación que produce que los recursos que allí reposan como instrumentos, libros, vestuarios, canchas de tenis, estadios, entre otros, estén en mal estado, por lo cual, los jóvenes han transformado su identidad debido a que han adoptado otras costumbres y rasgos adquiridos, siendo que, en Saravena, al ser una región con diversidad poblacional se presenta una realidad multicultural y los mismos han dejado de desarrollar sus prácticas deportivas y culturales en la espacialidad del complejo simón bolívar porque no se tiene en cuenta su participación y acceso a estos escenarios los cuales fueron creados para la construcción de identidad llanera ya que Saravena es un municipio de Arauca que por tradición y cultura se representa a través del toque de instrumentos como el cuatro, arpa, maracas, el canto, la poesía, el baile del joropo, artesanías entre otras acciones autóctonas de la región lo cual impide una construcción de los jóvenes. Por otra parte, la juventud del municipio en su gran mayoría demuestran tener en común un aspecto que deja en claro su preocupación e inconformidad en cuanto a prácticas inadecuadas que se presentan esporádicamente en el espacio que brinda este lugar como lo son; la realización de fiestas de carácter privado, el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y las prácticas sexuales en espacios que por su naturaleza son públicos, en fin, prácticas que desde ningún punto de vista contribuyen con la construcción de la identidad de los jóvenes siendo este un lugar representativo e importante para los mismosThis research project synthesizes the most outstanding aspects of a research carried out during the year 2020-2021 whose main objective is to analyze the factors that influence the construction of identity from the process of specialization in the Simón Bolívar cultural complex, in young people between 14-26 years in the municipality of Saravena-Arauca.
