Entre los aspectos que se resaltan de esta investigación es el aspecto integral con el que se aborda el diseño de la guía, basado en las normas de la ISO 9001:2015 de gestión de la calidad, ISO 14001:2015 de gestión ambiental e ISO 45001:2018 de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo respectivamente.The objective of this research project is to design a guide that allows the integration of management systems in an SME located in the department of Atlántico - Colombia, to achieve these three (3) methodological phases were defined aimed at achieving said objective.
