(Juliana, 2020) Análisis crítico del discurso al caso de abuso policial contra Dilan Cruz en el paro nacional del 21n en Colombia Este trabajo nos habla de las manifestaciones presentadas el 21 de noviembre de 2020 y el rol de la policía nacional, esto por medio de las posturas presentadas por los periódicos el Espectador y el Tiempo, quienes fueron los que siguieron paso a paso las manifestaciones anteriormente mencionadas, y con ella el caso del Joven Dilan Cruz, quien recibió un disparo de un arma “Truflay” que fue disparada a 10 metros de la cabeza del joven, y quien posteriormente el 25 de Noviembre, fallece. Nuestro enfoque será Cualitativo, pues se pretende explorar y describir, el fenómeno, examinando los hechos por medio de diferentes fuentes de información como artículos académicos, tesis, informes, etc, El tipo de investigación a utilizar será Descriptiva, ya que abordaremos el tema de legitimidad y violencia policial desde sus características, teniendo en cuenta el artículo 218 de la Constitución política y la resolución 02903 del 23 de junio del 2017. El método para utilizar será el deductivo, ya que nos permite generar conclusiones particulares a través de premisas generales, opera realizando generalizaciones amplias apoyándose en observaciones específicas.
