Propone el análisis del Gobierno de TI, mediante una variedad de arquetipos que abordan problemáticas relacionadas a la estandarización e integración de los procesos, toma de decisiones críticas a nivel de TI y alineación de los objetivos de TI con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. El análisis culmina dando como resultado la presentación de la propuesta de valor mediante la identificación del estado del gobierno de TI dentro de la ESE Universitaria, así como también la implementación del plan estratégico del mismo. Enfocado al cambio, proporcionar altas capacidades tecnológicas que ayuden a fortalecer e identificar las oportunidades para reforzar las fortalezas existentes y potencializar las carencias actuales dentro de la ESE Universitaria.This document details fundamental points identified as a result of the strategic analysis carried out in the IT department of the ESE Universitaria del Atlántico. It proposes the analysis of IT Governance, through a variety of archetypes that address issues related to the standardization and integration of processes, critical decision making at the IT level and alignment of IT objectives with the strategic objectives of the organization. The analysis culminates in the presentation of the value proposition by identifying the state of IT governance within the University ESE, as well as the implementation of its strategic plan.
