2020-03-102020-03-10https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12442/4949This research is carried out in order to analyze the influence of international transport on the economic development of Colombia, since, through these companies in Colombia can transport their merchandise to different parts of the world and this helps the country to grow either economically, culturally or socially, also, know the different types of international transport used since antiquity to date. This study was Qualitative, because its main objective is to analyze the influence that this type of transport has had on the economic development of Colombia to generate competitiveness. The results obtained confirm that transportation in Colombia needs much more investment to achieve efficient performance, exceed the goals and become a more competitive country internationally.Esta investigación se realiza con el fin de analizar la influencia del transporte internacional en el desarrollo económico de Colombia, ya que, por medio de estos, las empresas en Colombia pueden transportar su mercancía a diferentes partes del mundo y ello contribuye al país a crecer ya sea económica, cultural o socialmente, asimismo, conocer los diferentes tipos de transporte internacional utilizados desde la antigüedad hasta la fecha. Este estudio fue cualitativo, debido a que su objetivo principal es analizar la influencia que ha tenido este tipo de transporte en el desarrollo económico de Colombia para generar competitividad.
