En suma se trata de enfocar este fenómeno urbano, a través de un recorrido lógico en todo su proceso, desde las causas del problema hasta su impacto sobre la sociedad civil. Dentro de este contexto se estudia la movilidad urbana sostenible, con la finalidad de plantear políticas de gobierno y asuntos públicos, contribuir mediante la planificación urbana la cual se presenta como una oportunidad para cambiarla y para recuperarla hacia una movilidad urbana sostenible. Developed a plan for sustainable urban mobility that brings important benefits in terms of road safety, as each of the initiatives and strategies proposed are focused on the construction of public spaces that promote human development.
