Como resultados tenemos 3 momentos en los que se analiza la ley 1448; el segundo momento estudiamos el impacto del arte terapia en la reducción de los síntomas del estrés postraumático.; se proponen recomendaciones para implementar el arte terapia como un método de reparación simbólica e integral. Se concluye que, aunque existen mecanismos para abordar la reparación simbólica e integral, se evidencia la poca efectividad para mitigar el síndrome postraumático y la pérdida cultural.The objective of this research is to analyze Law 1448. With a focus on symbolic repair through art therapy, from the interpretive paradigm and the hermeneutic method, Law 1448 and its comprehensive repair mechanisms were studied. As a result, we have 3 moments in which Law 1448 is analyzed; The second moment we study the impact of art therapy on the reduction of post-traumatic stress symptoms.; Recommendations are proposed to implement art therapy as a method of symbolic and comprehensive repair.
