Entre los principales aspectos que influyen en este fenómeno se destacan el comportamiento de las 'barras' y la seguridad. Estas respuestas implican para el Estado, los clubes, la Dimayor y la Federación Colombiana de Futbol un gran reto, en el sentido de desarrollar estrategias que incentiven el regreso de los hinchas tradicionales. Teniendo en cuenta esas estrategias, con este proyecto lo que se busca es crear un modelo RNA capaz de detectar fotografías de delincuentes, permitiendo que el software del sistema por medio de análisis de patrones determine si este coincide con alguna de las imágenes previamente registradas en una base de datos.stadium is a great danger, a survey carried out in 2014 by the National Consulting Center shows that only a small percentage of men and women (most of them young people between 18 and 24) are those who attend the most.
