El objetivo es evaluar el impacto de las políticas de reparación y justicia en sus vidas y cómo desarrollan estrategias de resiliencia y empoderamiento para reconstruir sus comunidades. Con una metodología cualitativa y hermenéutica, se interpretan sus experiencias y el rol del apoyo comunitario en su proceso de recuperación. Los resultados revelan que las políticas públicas no cubren sus necesidades de manera efectiva, dejándolas en una situación vulnerable. En conclusión, se enfatiza la necesidad de mejorar la implementación de las políticas de reparación, mientras que las mujeres continúan fortaleciendo su resiliencia y redes de apoyo, empoderamiento de las mujeres juegan un papel crucial para enfrentar los desafíos persistentes y lograr una vida digna y justa.This research analyzes the situation of displaced women in Catatumbo, who have faced forced displacement, gender-based violence, and an environment that hinders their access to justice. The central issue is that, despite the existence of laws like Law 1448 of 2011 and Decree Law 4633 of 2011, aimed at providing reparations for victims, their implementation is ineffective in this region, leaving women in vulnerable situations without adequate support. The main objective of the research is to assess the impact of reparations and justice policies on these women's lives and how they have developed resilience and empowerment strategies to rebuild their lives and communities. The methodology was qualitative and hermeneutic, allowing for the interpretation of their experiences and analysis of the role of community support and networks in their recovery process. Results show that public policies fail to meet these women's needs effectively, but despite the limitations, they have taken an active role in rebuilding their communities.
