Para el alcance y desarrollo de este efecto el estudio se fundamenta desde las teorías del autor Cussianovich V, Alejandro, y Restrepo, Luis Carlos, quienes abordan la Ternura como insumo pedagógico y como derecho fundamental de los seres Humanos. La investigación parte desde el paradigma socio crítico, y se fundamenta desde la Investigación Acción Educativa, abordando como objeto de estudio a la práctica docente, participando protagónicamente 6 educadores de la institución educativa como sujetos participantes, los cuales aportaron sus pre saberes desde la aplicación de las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de la información; entrevista semiestructurada y la aplicación de talleres investigativos. Los resultados de la investigación, establecen los elementos que conforman la cultura educativa frente al conflicto, por ello se estima la necesidad de que la educación promueva la creación de espacios para la integración social y dilucidar las nuevas posibilidades para promover otras oportunidades pedagógicas y didácticas por medio de la pedagogía de la ternura con capacidad de reorientar su finalidad formativa y con ello la práctica educativa.The general purpose of the research work is to use the pedagogy of tenderness as a teaching practice in the formation of peace in the students of the Alirio Vergel Pacheco school in Sardinata, Norte de Santander. For the scope and development of this effect, the study is based on the theories of the author Cussiánovich V, Alejandro, and Restrepo, Luis Carlos, who address Tenderness as a pedagogical input and as a fundamental right of Human beings. The research starts from the socio-critical paradigm, and is based on Educational Action Research, addressing teaching practice as an object of study, with 6 educators from the educational institution participating as participating subjects, who contributed their pre-knowledge from the application of the techniques and instruments for collecting information; semi-structured interview and the application of investigative workshops.
