Es por ello que, se parte de una interpretación documental que suministra la información pertinente sobre todos aquellos factores materiales y organizacionales que se encuentran en el puerto y van de la mano con los ingresos, con el ecosistema y los habitantes de la población. El cual necesitó de un plan de mejoramiento, donde inversiones económicas del puerto más importante el pacífico y a nivel nacional por sus exportaciones e importaciones mejoró, en la competitividad y productividad del mismo; al igual que, las inversiones en herramientas tecnológicas benefician a la población y aportan al desarrollo sostenible, garantizando aportes a generaciones futuras tanto en economía, sostenibilidad como al medio ambiente y a la preservación de los recursos naturales.This research project analyzes the relationships that exist between competitiveness and infrastructure for the use of water resources in the port of Buenaventura. That is why, it is based on a documentary interpretation that provides the pertinent information on all those material and organizational factors that are found in the port and go hand in hand with income, with the ecosystem and the inhabitants of the population.
