Esta investigación se desarrolló a través de la metodología cualitativa de cohorte descriptiva y como técnicas se acudió a entrevistas individuales y grupos focales; se reconocieron con las participantes las representaciones sociales sobre reparación de acuerdo a los significados que la legislación vigente en Colombia contiene al respecto. En este sentido, los resultados evidencian que aunque existan leyes que respalden a las mujeres víctimas del conflicto, aún falta acompañamiento por parte del Estado en cuanto a la reparación de sus derechos.The present investigation analyzes the social representations of reparation of twenty (20) women victims of the Colombian armed conflict in Palomino, corregimiento of the Municipality of Dibulla, Guajira. This research was developed through the qualitative descriptive cohort methodology and as techniques, individual interviews and focus groups were used; the social representations on reparation were recognized with the participants according to the meanings that the legislation in force in Colombia contains in this regard.
