Sin embargo, si bien el sistema legal intenta controlar la niñez, creemos que los derechos legales protegidos no pueden limitarse en una sola dirección, y el contenido legal de este derecho también puede incluir la libertad sexual, la libertad personal, Integridad, Privacidad, Libre Desarrollo Personal y Compensación Sexual.The present work of analysis makes a brief criticism of the territorial entities of the city of Barranquilla, due to the lack of adequate accompaniment to children and adolescents of the SOUTH EAST, in order to establish the competent entities, and the aid that it provides both to the Children and their families, in this way, the efficiency of the unrecognized program for the reestablishment of rights in minors, by many affected families and by the community itself, is verified.
