Vaca Orduz, Lismar YinethVillamizar Vera, Maria Angelica2025-05-052025-05-052025https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12442/16541En esta investigación el principio es el proceso de revisión documental para identificar el compromiso de los diferentes sectores con la responsabilidad social empresarial y la aplicación de la metodología Ubuntu como RSE, reconociendo que el método Ubuntu en las empresas no solo es una formación que fortalece la cohesión social de las comunidades a través de la construcción de ciudadanos de líderes de servicio, también se ha convertido en un modelo para la gestión empresarial que aporta a la cultura organizacional, reflejándose en los principios de interdependencia y complementariedad. Su implementación aporta a la ciudadanía corporativa de las empresas, brindando espacios para conversar y colaborar con sus comunidades. Con el fin de dar respuesta a los objetivos, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica narrativa de la literatura publicada, la búsqueda se realizó desde el año 2010 al año 2023 google académico, los criterios de inclusión para realizar esta búsqueda fueron: artículos científicos y monografías publicadas en los años (2010-2023) Como resultado encontramos variables sociales y empresariales, se evidencias los países que han venido adoptando el método Ubuntu como practica de RSE, se logran identificar las diferentes organizaciones de cada país que han convertido el método Ubuntu como su práctica de innovación y compromiso en la RSE, del mismo modo se finaliza con el gran impacto que el método Ubuntu tuvo en Brasil durante el año 2024 y como se logra el consejo consultivo de este país con la participación de ocho empresas nacionales.In this research, the principle is the process of document review to identify the commitment of the different sectors to corporate social responsibility and the application of the Ubuntu methodology as RSE, recognizing that the Ubuntu method in companies is not only a training that strengthens the social cohesion of communities through the construction of serviceleader citizens, it has also become a model for business management that contributes to organizational culture, reflected in the principles of interdependence and complementarity. Its implementation contributes to the corporate citizenship of companies, providing spaces to converse and collaborate with their communities.
