Se concluyo, el derecho debe adaptarse constantemente a las herramientas tecnológicas disponibles, bajo un código ético responsable. This article aims to analyze the current regulations in Colombia, regarding the implementation and professional and ethical use of AI; The objective was to analyze the regulations in force in Colombia to be taken into account for the development of computer software (AI), for the analysis of sentences of the supreme court of justice and the superior courts in Colombia, a legal hermeneutic analysis of the national and international legislation, the authors demonstrated the functioning of AI, its concepts that raised recommendations. It was concluded that the law must constantly adapt to the technological tools available, under a responsible ethical code.
