En la era digital los niños están expuestos constantemente a dispositivos electrónicos como celulares, tablets, tv y videojuegos, sin embargo, una alta exposición a dichos aparatos puede afectar varios aspectos de su infancia, como lo es la memoria de trabajo. El proteger el neurodesarrollo de cada niño requiere medidas preventivas y un enfoque consciente hacia la tecnología. La presente investigación está fundamentada en el paradigma empírico-analítico con un enfoque cuantitativo, con un nivel descriptivo y correlacional, la muestra está delimitada por niños de la Institución Colegio Andrés Bello de la ciudad de Cúcuta que se encuentran en edades comprendidas entre 9 a 11 años de edad.The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship that exists between the use of technological devices and working memory in children. In the digital age, children are constantly exposed to electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, TV and video games; however, high exposure to these devices can affect various aspects of their childhood, such as working memory. Protecting the Neurodevelopment of each child requires preventive measures and a conscious approach to technology.
