2020-03-102020-03-10https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12442/4959The main objective of this article is to describe the manner in which the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) collects its economic resources in order to fulfill its judicial obligations as part of the Integral system of truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition for which It was created by the national government, with the promise of ending a war of more than 50 years suffered in the Colombian territory. That is why the purpose of this document is to describe in detail the experimental design of the research, so that it is reproducible, as well as the use of reliable bibliographic sources, in order to obtain previously documented information that describes the real situation; which allowed to describe the different financial support received from different national and international organizations as well as the reception of economic contributions by different nations that will allow the good functioning of the peace agreements and the reparation of the Colombian society.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal describir la manera en cómo la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP) recauda sus recursos económicos para así hacer cumplimiento de sus obligaciones judiciales como parte del sistema integral de verdad, justicia, reparación y no repetición por la cual fue creada por el gobierno nacional, con la promesa de acabar con una guerra de más de 50 años que sufría el territorio colombiano.
