Como resultado tenemos; exponer la existencia legal y la supremacía del interés superior del menor que debe de existir en los tramites de conciliación en el sistema jurídico colombiano; y analizar estadísticas para realizar un parangón de cumplimiento de dichas normas y verificar su aplicabilidad. Se concluye la falta de normatividad y sustento legal por parte del estado.This research analyzes the way in which the right to child support is applied in the conciliation process within the framework of the conciliation statute in the conciliation center of the Simón Bolívar University in the 2024-1 semester, from the paradigm interpretative and hermeneutical method, laws that safeguard the maintenance obligation and its obligation were studied.
