Methodology: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study using a quantitative method based on the components of the QA obtained from the data model of a clinic. The following strategy indicators were considered: health outcomes, experience in care, team satisfaction, and financial sustainability. Results: Regarding health outcomes, the percentage of compliance was good, experience in care and team satisfaction was satisfactory, and financial sustainability had a good average.
