Es por esto, que se planteó diseñar un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) en una Pyme clasificada dentro del marco de la resolución 0312 de 2019 de 11 a 50 trabajadores o menos, durante el desarrollo de esta investigación se realizará un diagnóstico inicial a la Pyme seleccionada que será el punto de partida para identificar niveles de cumplimiento del SG-SST y a partir de allí realizar el diseño abarcando los aspectos identificados en el diagnóstico.In this paper, the design of an occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) in a SME in the department of Atlántico will be addressed, this is important given that over time and due to the Health issues and worker protection not only in Colombia but throughout the world, it has become essential to adopt and deploy strategies related to aspects such as: safety at work, promotion activities and health care for workers in Colombia through various frameworks, regulations and decrees that seek to safeguard all the actors that permeate the organizational system of a SME in Colombia.
