Se implementó la metodología cualitativa, sobre un modelo de conocimiento histórico-hermenéutico, la cual facilitó conceptos y estudios nacionales y extranjeros. El nuevo modelo de familia permitió que la comunidad mundial se enfocara sobre su problemática y realizara los estudios pertinentes, para que se conociera el trasfondo jurídico y social suscitado en los países que implementaron este derecho. Para concluir el estudio, quedan grandes vacíos en la relación entre el poder público y la sociedad, en procura de lograr equidad en la aceptación de todos los grupos sociales, con la implementación de la adopción por parejas del mismo sexo.Homoparental adoption caused controversy in society as a result of the rights that the members of the LGBTI group demanded to be accepted with social equality and legal speed, marking a milestone in the culture of this generation up to what is known today; For this reason, I inquire about the benefits that the law has brought, compared to what I have been adopted by homoparental couples in the country since the first case of it is evidenced, and to what extent this measure has been influential in the country, the jurisprudential transcendence, the aspects that consider the state by which it was granted this faculty, and how they intervened to break the paradigms of the new concept of family and its respective acceptance. The hermeneutical historical methodology was implemented, the quality provided us with the concepts and previous studies that were done, before and after in the country and in what way other countries did it. This new family model will affect the entire world community, it will focus on its problems and carry out the pertinent studies so that it knows the background it has had in the legal and social framework of the countries that implemented this practice.
