De igual forma, se estudia el panorama que se vive en la actualidad con la llegada de la pandemia Covid-19 y con ella la nueva causa para una reforma tributaria. Objetivos: El objetivo inicial es el de analizar la pertinencia del mecanismo de la reforma tributaria en época de crisis.
