Every person, regardless of race, ideology and / or social stratum has the right to education. According to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, this is proclaimed as a fundamental right for all civil society. In Colombia, the Constitution recognizes in Art 67, education as a double condition of right and public service that seeks to guarantee citizens access to knowledge, science and other cultural assets and values. Education has been established throughout the world as a fundamental part of the essence of each individual since it helps to shape their own criteria and personality. Likewise, it has become a necessary and indispensable step for people to the extent that a degree is the one who opens or closes the doors to working life by approximately 65%. Thus, in this way, it becomes an irrevocable and nontransferable right. Therefore, the right to education is of undoubted value throughout the world. Likewise, it has an intrinsic social value in that it allows it to manifest its culture and recreate it, grouping the values of human rights to its own transmitted culture, where it is not only transformed, but also developed through educational environments. In the same way, we must bear in mind that education is a facilitator of social change, because having knowledgeable or educated people improves the levels of inequality by a percentage, promotes autonomy, the growth of the country, etc. In this sense, technology is the essential element for human development and for our country. For this reason, it is pertinent that both public and private educational institutions advance as the world advances, innovate as the world demands them. They must innovate and adapt to changes, but above all generate educational methods through ICT. In such a way, that the new technological tools allow the construction of an adequate environment with extensive methods of promoting learning. And that it is not aggrieved by any kind of crisis, that it remains stable over time. Currently, the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic represents a great threat to global education, leaving great impacts on all institutions, since we were not prepared for a crisis of this magnitude, which leads us to promote and establish modernization as a potentializer of both education and social development. The education system must recover and reinvent itself, using effective and efficient methods during and after the crisis. This in order to obtain improvements in the short, medium and long term in terms of improvements in learning levels and their methods. In the same way, raise awareness and train managers, teachers and students of the impact that this generates in a general and particular way in the life of humanity
