| dc.description | El artículo relaciona una aproximación de los criterios de selección más importantes en el proceso de vinculación del personal en el sector solidario, teniendo en cuenta, que el propósito investigativo se centró en identificar los criterios de selección que exigen las empresas del sector solidario. Asimismo, la investigación cuantitativa permite apoyar y validar los resultados que se obtuvieron de la investigación de acuerdo con las exigencias de la oferta laboral en el mercado de trabajo.
