Resumen
La gestión administrativa es un proceso fundamental dentro de toda organización, ya que implica planificar, organizar, dirigir y controlar los recursos humanos, financieros y materiales con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos institucionales de manera eficiente y eficaz, es decir que consiste en la realización de acciones orientadas a obtener resultados óptimos mediante el uso racional de los recursos disponibles, asegurando su aprovechamiento y reduciendo posibles problemas operativos. Objetivos: Diseñar estrategias de gestión de calidad basadas en evidencia para mejorar el bienestar laboral del personal de salud en una IPS privada en la ciudad de Barranquilla, Colombia; Por otro lado, se tuvo en cuenta de manera específica: Se identificaron las condiciones laborales actuales del personal de salud en una IPS privada en Barranquilla, Colombia, se identificaron los factores que influyen en el bienestar laboral del personal de salud en una IPS privada en Barranquilla, Atlántico, por último se formularon estrategias administrativas aplicables que mejoren la estabilidad laboral, bienestar laboral y el desarrollo profesional del talento humano en salud en una IPS privada en Barranquilla, Colombia.
Administrative management is a fundamental process within any organization, as it involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human, financial, and material resources in order to achieve institutional objectives efficiently and effectively. In other words, it consists of carrying out actions aimed at obtaining optimal results through the rational use of available resources, ensuring their utilization and reducing potential operational problems. Objectives: To design evidence-based quality management strategies to improve the occupational well-being of healthcare personnel at a private IPS in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia; Additionally, the following were specifically considered: The current working conditions of healthcare personnel at a private IPS in Barranquilla, Colombia, were identified; the factors influencing the occupational well-being of healthcare personnel at a private IPS in Barranquilla, Atlántico, were identified; and finally, applicable administrative strategies were formulated to improve job stability, occupational well-being, and the professional development of healthcare personnel at a private IPS in Barranquilla, Colombia.
