Resumen
Este estudio apunta de una manera directa al comprender de manera colectiva e eficiente como las representaciones sociales y roles de género influyen en la experiencia ante la ruptura amorosa, donde se tendrán en cuenta las diversas narrativas de hombres y mujeres; con el objetivo de comprender con mayor facilidad como las construcciones sociales de genero afectan los significados, las emociones y las estrategias de un afrontamiento frente a la separación. Esta investigación se abordará mediante un enfoque cualitativo, mediante el cual nos permite indagar de lleno las experiencias subjetivas y objetivas de los convocados. La muestra está compuesta por 16 personas (8 hombres y 8 mujeres) entre 18 y 25 años. Para el suministro de información, emplearemos grupos focales de manera práctica mediante una integración grupal permitiéndonos de esta manera obtener testimonios completos y diversos ante las experiencias de vida de cada individuo; Y así potencialmente hacia la explicación de cómo una expectativa de genero influye en la vivencia de la ruptura de hombres o mujeres añadiendo como este tipo de experiencia puede brindar enfoques valiosos para promover una mayor empatía ante las relaciones afectiva.
This study does propose to analyze how social representations and the general influence of the experiences of the conclusions of a relationship, based on the narratives of human beings and done. If you propose to understand how the social constructions generate significant influences, emotions and confrontation strategies in response to a conclusion. The research adopts a qualitative approach, allowing a deeper exploration of the participants’ subjective experiences. The sample consists of 16 individuals (8 men and 8 women) aged between 18 and 25. For data collection, focus groups were used, a technique that fosters group interaction and allows for rich and diverse testimonies about the lived experiences. The research aims to explain how gender expectations influence the experience of romantic breakup and how these expectations can provide valuable insights to promote a more empathetic and healthy understanding of affective relationships. We began as an objective without knowing everything we could find in this research, where we allowed ourselves to observe how each person allows themselves to experience a breakup from the different aspects that have affected them.
