Resumen
La utilización de un dispositivo electrónico se ha transformado en un elemento cotidiano de los universitarios; de igual manera, entre los docentes, porque facilita la comunicación, almacenamiento y procesar información; en otras palabras, pueden llevar a cabo multitareas y funciones equiparables a las de un ordenador. Por lo anterior, el objetivo del escrito es describir la influencia del celular, móvil o teléfono inteligente en el aprendizaje universitario. El enfoque es cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo, diseño no experimental y transversal; asimismo, un análisis bibliométrico de la consulta realizada en Scopus. Se procesó y examinó la información utilizando los programas VOSviewer y Bibliometrix. En conclusión, en las instituciones universitarias, están empezando a incorporar como un recurso extra o adicional para mejorar los métodos educativos, optimizar tiempo y procedimiento.
The use of an electronic device has become an everyday element of university students; likewise, among teachers, because it facilitates communication, storage and processing of information; in other words, they can perform multitasking and functions comparable to those of a computer. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to describe the influence of cell phones, cell phones or smart phones on university learning. The approach is quantitative, descriptive in scope, non-experimental and cross-sectional design; also, a bibliometric analysis of the consultation made in Scopus. The information was processed and examined using the VOSviewer and Bibliometrix programs. In conclusion, university institutions are beginning to incorporate it as an extra or additional resource to improve educational methods, optimize time and procedure.
